I'm grateful for the opportunity this morning to have participated in the 1MC Open Pitch, where I had 60 seconds to tell the crowd about my editorial services.

I chose an unusual approach, focusing more on the writers I help rather than it being about me or my business. That resonated with many.

It was my first pitch, and I learned so much.
